Aptco Group announces strategic partnership with Tilleghem

Aptco Group has entered into a strategic partnership with Tilleghem, a private equity investment company based in Ghent, Belgium, whereby Tilleghem has acquired a minority stake in Aptco Group.

This collaboration marks a significant step in Aptco Group’s growth trajectory, positioning the company for accelerated international expansion and long-term success. The daily operations and responsibilities remain unchanged, and will continue to be led by the existing Aptco Group management team.

Over the past few years, Aptco Group has experienced a rapid expansion, driven by strong organic growth and strategic acquisitions. This progress is evident across the group’s three divisions: Sales & Distribution, Engineering & Manufacturing, and Calibration & Services.
